A Family Affair

The Ability Snow Challenge is a family affair! Tori Chrupalo is an intern at the National Ability Center and her family will be participating in this year’s Halti Ability Snow Challenge. They are gearing up as a family and will be supporting each other during the race.

“My family is participating in the Halti Ability Snow Challenge because it is a great opportunity to combine all of our passions into one fun filled event. My family grew up involved in ski and snowboard racing and I personally grew up valuing adaptive sports, so this seemed like the best way to involve everyone in the organization I’ve been raving about.”

“In order to get ready for the superhero themed event my mom has been sewing our incredible costumes and I have been sharing our FirstGiving page on Facebook with a little story or fact about what I have been experiencing at the National Ability Center. A lot of our friends and family have come together to support our family and the National Ability Center’s mission.”

Your family still has time to get involved. REGISTER your team online and start planning your superhero themed race costumes. The race course is designed to be accessible for all abilities so come out and have fun, whether you are a longtime ski racer or newbie on the mountain. Kids teams and NAC participant teams are also available.
